Aggregated ecosystem insights

ProfitOS may publish ecosystem insights — for example, “42% of retail SMEs identified pricing as their biggest profit leak,” or “the average Business Health Score for Nairobi retail businesses increased by 8%.”

These reports are based on anonymous, combined data. No individual business or founder can be identified from them.

This page is maintained by the ProfitOS team to answer common security and privacy questions. It describes our current practices — it is not an independent audit or certification.
